Eugene has a little of everything: older bungalows and mid century ranches near the center of town, hillside homes in the south hills with steep lots and views, and newer subdivisions on the edges. Hillside lots often call for raised, multi level decks with railings that do not block the view, which is where cable and metal railings come in.

We build with composite decking and proper flashing at the house, and we can add a pergola or a solid cover so the deck gets used more of the year.
